1. There will be two rounds of play. A qualifying round and a championship round.
2. Participants are given two practice attempts before the start of each round.
3. The participant must let the checker know when s/he is ready to begin.
4. The count begins when the first free throw is made.
5. All free throws must be attempted from behind the free throw line (15 feet) and inside the circle.
6. Participants who make 9 or more free throws in the first round will qualify for the final round. Players will be given a total of 15 attempts. Players have 2 ½ minutes to complete 15 shots.
7. The individual championship will be determined by adding together the scores of the qualifying and final round.
8. The age groups for this competition are: Under 16; 16 - 30; 31 - 45; Over 45
1. Five racks of four balls are placed around the three point line.
2. Each shooter will have 60 seconds to shoot as many balls as possible.
3. All shots must be taken with both feet of the shooter behind and not on the three point line.
4. Each ball counts as one point.
5. If the individual scores 8 or more points, he/she will be invited back to the championship round.
6. The individual championship will be determined by adding together the scores of the qualifying and final round.
7. The age groups for this competition are: Under 16; 16 - 30; 31 - 45; Over 45
